Teaching At RCC

Once a new member of staff joins the staff team, they will be put into a staff training role in the discord server and group. Once they are in this role they must attend 2 training sessions in order to attend teaching sessions.

The staff member will be teached the following.

A member of staff must at least attend 3 sessions a week or they will be dismissed. Sessions are Monday - Friday.

The staff member/teacher will be given a curriculum of when he/she teaches.
